We provide compassionate treatment that helps clients acquire the behavioral skills to cope with chronic and acute conditions, including:
- Borderline Personality Disorder
- Eating Disorders
- Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder
- Substance Abuse and Dependence
- Bipolar Disorder
- Relationship Problems
Our treatment methodology adheres to the tenets of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. This therapy approach is “evidence-based” – meaning that the practices we use and teach have been supported by research findings and have been proven to be effective.
California DBT Peninsula Associates offers DBT skills groups and private psychotherapy for individuals, couples and families. We also train DBT practitioners.
